Ed Sheeran says fans shouldn't expect his second album to be much different from his first album. He says that he's gonna stick to the same format that made '+' a success.
“I’m solo now, although I might want to add a few musicians in the future," Ed said in a interview with The Mirror. "I started this next record all on my own and I’m going to finish it all on my own.
“The first one was written when I was 18, the next one is more of a 21-year-old’s mind," he said. "But I’m not going to do the typical second album thing and make it really odd sounding, cool and hip. I like the music I make, so it’s going to be similar to the first album.”
Ed is currently on-tour over in Europe, but will be returning to the US in December to be one of the featured performers at many radio stations' winter concerts. He's already been confirmed for the Jingle Ball concerts for Q102 in Philadelphia and 101.3 KDWB in Minneapolis/St. Paul.
