With 2013 just around the corner, one of the biggest new years resolutions people will make is to go the gym more often or get in shape. Luckily we have Big Time Rush's James Maslow to teach us his ways of getting in shape. He was on an episode of Celebrity Sweat with hip hop superstar Nelly where he showed off a variety of pull ups and push ups.
The BTR star revealed that he'll often do a set of push-ups and/or pull ups before going on stage to help him get ready. "Pull ups one of the best exercises you can do for widening and core strength and everything," James said about the popular exercise in the episode. "It's something you can do at home, just find a bar anywhere."
