UK girl group Little Mix is very excited to bring their music to America this year. Their first single "Wings" was released a few weeks ago and is already gaining traction on US top 40 radio, it's currently #47 on the Mediabase charts. The 4-piece are hoping to follow in the footsteps of One Direction and Ed Sheeran as they bring their music to America this year.
"It's not daunting, it's exciting!" Leigh-Anne Pinnock told Billboard, about the band's potential in America. "It's always been our dream from the start, we always said we wanted to be international, so we're just going to work out bones off and hopefully it works out for us."

"It seemed like the introduction to Little Mix," Perrie Edwards added. "It gets our individual personalities across, and it's got a really good message, which we want the fans to have."
One Direction have been very supportive of the girls and have given them advice on what to do.
"The 1D boys have been really supportive," Jesy Nelson added. "They basically told us to go over and be ourselves. There's nothing more you can do, you just gotta try your best and hope for the best."
Their debut album, DNA, will be released in the US this summer and the girls will even be over here for a promotional tour and are looking for fans help to determine what cities they should check out.
"We still have that young-girl fan base, but it's grown every day," Jade said. "And now when we perform on tour, there's a lot of men, a lot of women, and it's a quite varied audience."
