Sending all my love to @icarlee23 for your birthday! You, Vicki and your family are such an inspiration. Hope you have a lovely day :) xx

Carlee responded to the tweet with:
"@NathanTheWanted thank you sooooo much. It means so much to get a tweet from you. I don't need any more gifts cause that made my day."
And being the great guy he is, Nathan took it one step further inviting her to hang out with them next time they're in New York City.
@icarlee23 Next time we are in NYC I have arranged for you to come and hang out with us if you are up for that? Would be lovely to see ya xx

And that obviously made Carlee's day even better and after she replied, Nathan promised to keep in touch with her.
@icarlee23 awesome! Will be in touch and let ya know when we are next in NYC :) much love xx

The meeting with The Wanted could happen in the next couple of days/weeks, the boys will be performing for the Los Angeles part of Dick Clark's New Years Rockin' Eve next week, but we're sure the boys will stop by NYC for a few days.
It's always nice to see celebrities take time to individually reach out and relate with fans - how awesome is Nathan for doing this?!
Our thoughts and prayers continue to go out to families affected by the Newtown, CT tragedy.
