Hey everyone! It's Thursday so I'm here once again to give you a head's up on last night's episode of X Factor!
The show started with a discussion between judge Britney Spears and her manager-they were talking about messing with Wade, the judge's assistant. Personally, I didn't think it was cool, but what do you guys think? Sound off in the comments section below!
Auditions in Providence, RI started off with Adonis and John-known as OG (Original Greeks). The duo performed Lionel Richie's "Hello", which was unimpressive. It reminded me of a karaoke bar performance. That was the beginning of the "X-Factor NO montage".
15 year old Dinah Jane Hansen broke the no cycle with her rendition of Beyonce's "If I Were A Boy". She blew the judges away with her incredibly powerful voice.

Next up was X Factor alumni Arin Ray. Last year he was a part of the group INTENSITY. This time he came back as a solo artist, and made it through after singing his original tune "Count on Me." This guy is one to keep an eye on.
Greensboro, NC is where we met future heartthrob Austin Corini. Reminded me of a blonde Nick Jonas. I wasn't totally feeling his audition, it wasn't original enough for me, but the judges liked him so...wishing him luck! Nick Youngerman had Britney out of her chair for his audition. His performance of the Vanilla Ice classic "Ice Ice Baby" was definitely entertaining.
Newly engaged duo Jaime performed their original song "Will You Be My Baby," which I loved. Unfortunately, I didn't love their voices-and neither did the judges.
David Correy took his experiences with adoption and poured them into his soulful rendition of "Just the Way You Are" by Bruno Mars. I was sucked into his performance. Absolutely loved it.
Then auditions in San Francisco continued with Sophie Tweed-Simmons (yes, KISS's Gene Simmons' kid-but she's trying to break away from that.) She sang "Make You Feel My Love" by Adele, which impressed Demi, Britney and Simon. L. A. wasn't so wowed. Me? I think her voice was really unique. I want to hear more from her.
And last, there was Daryl Black. He was INCREDIBLE. His bluesy rendition of the Gym Class Heroes hit "Stereo Hearts" made me wish I was an X Factor judge just so I could give the guy a fifth yes. By far the best audition I saw last night.

Although Daryl was the last audition, 13 year old Trevor was the last contestant seen. The happy go lucky teen was super excited to not only audition for the X Factor, but to video blog the whole thing. Unexpectedly, right before his audition, the cameras show him passed out, then the most dreaded words appeared on the screen: to be continued...What happened? And what about his audition?
Make sure to tune in tonight for the last of the auditions to find out!
Until NeXt time!
