What a year it was in TV! From comedies to dramas to singing competition shows being all the rage, we had a lot of fun watching TV in 2012. Here's the Top 10 Best TV Shows of the year, as voted by YOU! Take a look.
10.) Baby Daddy
9.) The Voice
8.) The Big Bang Theory
The Big Bang Theory is the only broadcast network comedy that YOU voted for in the top 10 Best TV Shows of 2012. That comes to no surprise as it's easily the #1 comedy on television and sometimes #1 show on TV in general. This season the show has averaged 19.62 million viewers per episode. The Big Bang Theory airs Thursdays at 8/7c on CBS. |
7.) Glee
6.) Pretty Little Liars
After premiering in the summer of 2010, Pretty Little Liar's has became one of ABC Family's most successful programs. ABC Family recently picked up the show for a fourth season which will feature 24 episodes. But first, the second-half of the third season will make it's premiere on Tuesday, January 8 on ABC Family. |
5.) iCarly
It seemed no matter how old you are, everybody knows what iCarly was all about. However, 2012 marked the end for the hit Nickelodeon series as the show came to a end after one of the longest and most successful runs in network history. The show holds many ratings records for Nickelodeon and the legacy of the show will live on for years to come. |
4.) Victorious
As the #1 live-action program on Nickelodeon and one of the most talented casts on television, Victorious was voted #4 on the list of Best TV Shows of 2012. Nickelodeon announced earlier this year that Victorious was not renewed for a fourth season - the remainder episodes of the show are currently airing Saturday's on Nickelodeon. |
3.) Big Time Rush
2.) Good Luck Charlie
The Duncan's up'd the adorable factor on Good Luck Charlie in 2012 as they added baby Toby to the family. One of the cool things about that was that the fans of the show picked that name via voting at DisneyChannel.com! The show is currently airing its third season, but was also picked up for a fourth season so there's plenty more GLC to come in 2013! |
1.) The X-Factor
. | It's no surprise The X-Factor was voted #1 on the Best TV Shows of 2012 list! The show has produced some of the biggest superstars in the world and is hugely popular in countries around the world. The US version got a jolt of new energy this season when Demi Lovato and Britney Spears joined the judging panel. We've been following the show all season long with The X-Factor Xtra and we can't wait to see who wins it all this season! |
